For customers outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.

Pulpmylips reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of payment failure, suspected fraud, or an ongoing dispute with the customer.

5. Payment

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are indicated during the order process but may vary depending on the carrier, destination, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Pulpmylips is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipment will be borne by the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers residing in the European Union have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by all accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
